• Estimated delivery time is 2–3 business days from the date of order confirmation.
• Occasionally, unexpected delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including shipping carrier operations or delivery-related issues.
• If your order has not arrived within 4 business days, please contact our customer support team immediately so we can track your shipment and take necessary action, including arranging a replacement shipment as quickly as possible when needed.

📦 Order Inspection Upon Delivery

• We offer customers the option to inspect their orders upon delivery, subject to the shipping carrier’s procedures.
• All order inspections must be carried out in the presence of the delivery representative before they leave.
• Customers are encouraged to verify the product’s condition and ensure that the model and color match their order.
• If you notice any issue during inspection, please contact our customer support team immediately for assistance.
• Inspecting your order in the presence of the delivery representative does not affect your legal rights to request a return or exchange after delivery.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

• Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving their order, subject to our return policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
• Products should be kept in their original condition, including all accessories and packaging, subject to applicable legal rights and exceptions.
• If an issue or mistake is caused by Corner Watches, we will cover the shipping costs associated with resolving the issue.
• If a return or exchange is requested for reasons unrelated to an error on our part, the customer will be responsible for applicable shipping fees.
